Natural Pod

Posted by JB on Tuesday Jan 20, 2009

It’s always fun to see your child develop a favorite toy. Watching them gravitate towards the same thing time and time again is comforting, seeing them excited and thrilled to play with it over and over is endearing and sweet.

Recently my one year old is all about playing with her sticking rings by Natural Pod.

These individually carved rings are made from a combination of alder and western maple wood. Finished with a blend of pure oils (no peanut oils) and containing no dyes, perfumes or additives, these toys are the perfect “natural” solution for play-time at its best.

On the heels of some terrible incidents pertaining to toxic and unsafe toys in the news this past year, anything made by Natural Pod is a refreshing and reassuring good time for you and your kids. With everything from instruments to games, to an elaborate and one-of-a-kind mini kitchen (any child would adore), there is nothing they don’t have when it comes to imagination and creativity in eco-friendly toys.

Knowing my children are playing with safe and mindful items that nurture and promote development is pretty reassuring as a mom. Supporting the environment with less packaging, less waste and less chemicals is a great feeling. Seeing them engaging with and endlessly enjoying their toys, is all I could really ask for.

Thanks Natural Pod, keep up the good work! If you would like to bring a Natural Pod toy into your home, visit http://www.naturalpod.com, they have a great sale on!

Standing on my soapbox,

JB
